Martin Luther King Day alters class schedule

Plans are underway again this year for a special campusobservance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. King’s birthdaywill be recognized on Monday, January 19. Classes will be shortenedfrom fifty to forty minutes. The forum speaker will be DistrictAssociate Judge Odell McGhee, II.

Normal Class Schedule Altered Class Schedule

8-8:50 a.m. 8-8:40 a.m.

9-9:50 a.m. 8:50-9:30 a.m.

10-10:50 a.m. 9:40-10:20 a.m.

11-11:50 a.m. 10:30-11:10 a.m.

12-12:50 p.m. 11:20-12:00 p.m.

Two hour time block for lunch and Special King Day observance.The forum event will begin at 1 p.m. in Smith Chapel.

1-1:50 p.m.

2-2:50 p.m. 2-2:40 p.m.

3-3:50 p.m. 2:50-3:30 p.m.

4-4:50 p.m. 4:30-5:10 p.m.

Evening classes will run on the normal evening classschedule.
