Erin Weber, part-time administrative assistant, has been working at Simpson for five years now. She loves every minute of it because it keeps her busy and she gets to work with students, staff and parents.

“It’s a great atmosphere,” Weber said. “Everyone is always being positive here.”

Before working at Simpson, Weber went to Indian Hills Community College and Upper Iowa University where she received her associate’s degree in liberal arts. Her goal for the future is to finish her last semester of school to receive her bachelor’s degree.

When Erin isn’t working she loves spending time with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Kristina. She also enjoys playing tennis, working on a private swim team committee, reading books, walking, golfing and being outside when it’s so gorgeous!
