Looking into the mirror but hating the person on the other side can be a daily struggle for a wide array of individuals.

Delta Delta Delta held Fat-Talk Free Week to try and conquer some of the struggles that are faced each day.

Raising Money for St. Jude’s

In a matter of 50 letters, students can help raise money for the organization Up ‘til Dawn, an event hosted annually to raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Up ‘til Dawn will take place Nov. 11 from 4-11 p.m. in Hopper Gym. Groups simply need to sign-up and show up during the designated time to sign those 50 letters.

Injuries Lead to Questions

Broken fingers and arms along with torn ACL’s are common occurrences among football players. However, parents and spectators are thinking more about paralyzed athletes after a few games on Oct. 16.

Some people are wondering how to make football safer while keeping it exciting.

Oct. 24: An arrest incident took place on Oct. 23 in the 700 block of W. Clinton around 10:20 p.m. The subject was arrested for charges of criminal mischief of the 5th degree and public intoxication. The subject was transported to Warren County Jail.

Oct. 24: A citation/alcohol incident took place on Oct. 23 in the 400 block of N. Buxton around 11:47 p.m. The subjects (three) were cited for public consumption, cited and released.

Oct. 24: An arrest incident took place on Oct. 23 in the 500 block of N. E street around 1:36 a.m. The subject was arrested for one interference with official acts, public intoxication and possession of alcohol under 21. The subject was transported to Warren County Jail.
