Mirror, mirror…

Sophomore Jenna Bruning brushes junior Traci Nicolino’s hair in a scene from “My Sister in This House.” Both Bruning and Nicolino are veterans of the Simpson stage.

“My Sister,” Theatre Simpson’s first production, has been cast and started rehearsals.

“My Sister,” directed by Tom Woldt, shows in Barnum Studio Oct. 3-5 and 9-11 at 7:30 p.m. and Oct. 12 at 1 p.m.

“My Sister” was written by Wendy Kessleman. It is based on a true story of two maids that kill the wife and daughter of the family they live with in 1930s France.

The play examines the mentality of why the murders occured.

Joining Bruning and Nicolino in the cast are Chelsea Long and Karolina Czerwinski.

Box office hours are 1:30-4:30 p.m. daily.
