INDIANOLA, Iowa — After receiving numerous complaints last year about reliable wireless connectivity, the Information Technology Services department announced Tuesday afternoon in an email it has installed a new wireless system in all campus buildings.
The new system has 563 wireless access points campus-wide compared to last year’s 340 wireless access points, said Kelley Bradder, ITS vice president and chief information officer.
The company that installed the new access points will be fine-tuning the installation in the next couple of weeks.
If you are experiencing any wireless connecting problems, you are asked to contact the help desk at 515-961-1411 or [email protected] and include the device, location and time of the issue.
