Protect beaches and oceans, purchase PuraVida

Have any of your friends suggested you like PuraVidaBracelets on facebook? Recognize that rainbow “P”? Well let me tell you more about Pura Vida bracelets!

Pura Vida bracelets are made by a family in Costa Rica. Two guys from California went on vacation after they graduated from college and fell in love with these bright colored bracelets. Each bracelet has nine strands of colored thread and are adjustable to fit virtually any wrist or ankle.

They made a deal with the family to start purchasing and selling the bracelets and donating a portion of the proceeds to the Surfrider Foundation. The Surfrider Foundation is an organization that works on protecting and restoring beaches and oceans. Pura Vida bracelets are a great cause and are also sweet to have on your wrist.

I signed up to be Simpson College’s campus representative for Pura Vida. This means that I need to get the word out.

So here’s what you should do: Go to Facebook and “like” Pura Vida and forward it to as many friends as you can! Also, score a free bracelet by sending me your first and last name and campus box number. I will be giving away five free Pura Vida bracelets at the end of the month.

Pura Vida bracelets are only $5 on its website and proceeds go to a great cause. Even celebrities are starting to wear them. Better jump on the trend now, so start sporting your Pura Vida bracelets! (Some even have neon threads that glow in black lights!)

Pura Vida – Pure life!
