MICROWAVE MINI PIZZAS

1 (6 count) pkg. English Muffins

1 sm. Jar pizza sauce (any flavor)

8 oz. Pkg. Shredded Mozzarella cheese

48 slices pepperoni (optional)

Pour sauce on open-face muffins. Place slices of pepperoni oneach muffin. Top each muffin with a generous amount of cheese. Bakein microwave for two minutes or until cheese is melted. Servesthree or cut into fourths to serve as party food.
