This treat is great for late night study sessions or studybreaks in front of the television.

Here’s what you need:

6 quarts of popped corn in brown paper bag (use hot air popperor microwave)

2 cups brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 sticks margarine

1/2 cup corn syrup

Boil the brown sugar, salt, margarine and corn syrup for fiveminutes and remove from heat.

Add 1 teaspoon baking soda. Stir. Pour mixture over popcorn andshake the bag.

Cook three minutes on full power, stirring frequently. Pour outon wax paper or heavy aluminum foil and crumble. Store in air-tightcontainer.
