CCS is valuable campus resource

by Staff Editors

It’s about time students started realizing that Counseling andCareer Services is truly a valuable campus asset.

In February alone, CCS is sponsoring two career fairs, numerousappointments and a new program. According to Career Specialist KateBurrell, more students are using CCS than in previous years.

Sure, it’s easy to shrug off its displays in BSC as corny andlame, but CCS offers valuable help to job seekers.

The career fair on Feb. 5 will be a great place for students tofind out about jobs they may have otherwise been unaware of. Plus,it’s incredibly convenient to have its resources in the middle ofcampus.

Students should take advantage of the information CCS offers-itmay be more helpful than you know.
